Yes, you can log in using your phone or tablets browser (Safari, Chrome, Etc.). 


This software does not directly enter your tickets into 811 or any other one call service. You will need to enter your tickets directly to your locations one call center. 811 Locate Manager will handle your records.


Yes, multiple users can be logged on using this program at the same time.


We have developed our program with all skill levels in mind. We are confident even those with little computer experience will easily be able to navigate and use our program. No special training is necessary.

Our contracts are yearly from date of purchase with the option to renew or cancel at the end of contract.


If you find your internet is down you can use your mobile device network, a mobile hotspot or tethering, or even use a public Wi-Fi spot.


This is a web-based application. Our program is accessed over a network connection, therefore, no downloads to your computer are necessary. 


We will send you an invoice at the end of your contract period.  Payments can be made by credit card, business check or debit.


We accept business check, debit or credit card payment.
